| Our
E-PrintOrder system is an Internet ordering system that is customized
for the user's organization. The user enters his personal information
into an order form on our secure web server. The order form
allows the user to immediately review a proof that shows the
user what their business card, or other printed product, will
look like when printed. Options can easily be added to choose
quantities, enter purchase order numbers, choose billing and
shipping information, and other data. The system shows the status
of the order and stores the order to make re-orders easy. If
you have other requirements, contact
us. |
| |
| For a live
demonstration of our E-PrintOrder system, click
here. Use "demo", in lowercase with no quote marks,
as the user name and password. |
| |
 |
| We
can set up the online ordering system for approval routing or
a shopping cart system. Approval routing is appropriate if individual
employees are creating orders that need to be approved by a
purchasing or personnel office. After the order is submitted
for approval, the "approver" sees them at a site using
a different username and password. He can approve or edit each
of the orders that have been submitted. The shopping cart system
is used when the customer pays by credit card, an office administrator
places orders, or there is no approval required. |
| |
| In
addition to the E-PrintOrder system, we offer alternate systems
listed below for those customers who cannot use
the Internet-based system. We can also accept files from other
online ordering systems. |
| |
 |
| For
those customers who want to send their orders by fax or mail,
we offer a paper form that makes it easier to do so. The form
shows a sample card and a master. There are lines on the form
for the customer to fill out which correspond to the fields
of information required on the card. If you use masters, we
can number the order forms to equal the number of masters you
purchase. This makes it easy to know how many masters you have
used and how many are left. |
